Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our team to work on our product console. Our Console is the user facing tool for a powerful and complex data platform that will be used by internal and external customers.
This is an AI native team so experience using AI tools is a must. Experience with modern cloud infrastructure is also crucial to this job.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of ICs
- Delegate tasks and guide priorities and execution
- Own team delivery and achievement of objectives
- Participate in design and architecture meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to codebase
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
- Implement security best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with using AI tools like claude code
- Experience with Python and Django development
- Experience with idp management (preferably Keycloak)
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledge of message queuing systems
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Contributions to open-source projects
