About the Role

As DV continues to grow rapidly in size and complexity, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Global Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who loves logistics, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants hands-on experience bringing events to life—from concept to post-event recap.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure events run smoothly and feel on-brand.This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Experiential Events & Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid marketing events across global markets across key regions, including JAPAC, EMEA, LATAM, and beyond
  • Manage event logistics including timelines, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site support
  • Assist with budgets, invoices, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate event assets (swag, signage, registrations, attendee lists, etc.)
  • Support event marketing efforts such as email invites, registration pages, and follow-ups
  • Help track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and recaps
  • Maintain organized documentation, calendars, agendas and project trackers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail—you love a good checklist
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without missing a beat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with vendors and external partners
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (experience with project management tools is a plus)
  • Flexibility to support events outside of standard business hours and travel as needed

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience supporting field marketing initiatives, trade shows, or corporate events
  • Familiarity with event platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Splash, Monday.com, Omnea)
  • Interest in brand marketing and experiential campaigns

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $43,000 - $80,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus (as applicable), equity, and benefits.The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
