Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Solutions Consulting, the Solutions Consultant partners with the revenue organization to understand customer requirements and design effective solutions using Trulioo’s platform. You will work closely with Account Executives with discovery and own solutioning and evaluations for mid-market customers. This includes translating business and technical requirements into clear, value-driven recommendations. This role builds foundational expertise in identity verification, presales execution, and customer engagement, with a path toward more complex opportunities.
This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3-days per week in the office).
What You Will Do:
Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery conversations, identifying customer business goals, technical requirements, and constraints
Own solution design, translating discovery insights into standardized recommendations and verification strategies
Lead product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases, improve our master templates over time with learnings
Own the setup and execution of proof of concepts and evaluations for mid-market opportunities
Partner with Account Executives to address technical questions and progress opportunities through the sales cycle
Collaborate with Customer Success, Service Delivery, Product, and Engineering to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned
Build and maintain working knowledge of Trulioo’s Identity Platform, APIs, and key differentiators
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and approach best practices through documentation, demo assets, and FAQs
Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the presales process
What You Bring:
2-5 years of experience in presales, technical support, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
Ability to participate in structured discovery and independently translate requirements into solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Own and drive trade-off conversations using defined operating parameters
Technical Familiarity:
Understanding of APIs and integrations, including RESTful APIs and JSON
Exposure to tools like Postman or similar API clients is an asset
Familiarity with LLM/AI prompting techniques and best practices
General understanding of how systems integrate and exchange data
Nice to Have:
Interest or exposure to identity verification, fintech, or compliance
Experience working in a SaaS environment
Comfort working with both technical and business stakeholders
