Position Summary:

Trulioo is hiring a Director, Solutions Consulting to lead our North America team reporting to the SVP Global Solutions. This role is accountable for building and scaling how we execute technical engagements across the customer lifecycle from initial qualification through evaluation and into implementation.

You will lead a team of Solutions Consultants while directly engaging in our most complex enterprise opportunities. This is an execution-focused leadership role with a clear mandate: improve and standardize how we run evaluations while actively supporting a high volume of in-flight opportunities and leveraging innovative solutions from our roadmap.

This role requires a builder mindset. Someone who can assess what is not scaling, make clear tradeoffs, and establish repeatable systems that improve speed, quality, and outcomes. You will have ownership to redefine how we operate and partner with global leadership to ensure alignment across regions.

This will be a full-time, permanent position, preferably working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office). However, this role could be done remotely for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategy and Ownership

  • Define and implement a repeatable evaluation engine across products, establishing clear standards for how we qualify, scope, and execute evaluations

  • Set and enforce prioritization frameworks, including clear tradeoffs between Enterprise, Mid-Market and Channel and when to deploy custom POCs

  • Standardize how we demonstrate value, reducing one-off work in favor of scalable, reusable approaches

Execution and Customer Engagement

  • Lead and develop the North America Solutions Consulting team, maintaining a high bar for performance, accountability, and impact

  • Step into the largest and most complex deals, providing hands-on technical leadership

  • Deploy AI-powered tools and platforms to supercharge how we run evaluations end-to-end to improve win rates and reduce cycle times

  • Partner with Product, Data Science and Engineering to structure and scale evaluations, ensuring efficient delivery and clear outcomes

  • Operate comfortably in API-driven, data-centric environments, guiding technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders

Cross-functional and Go-To-Market Alignment

  • Influence Product, Engineering, and Technical Support to remove friction and improve how we deliver for customers

  • Drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success and Solutions Consulting, enforcing consistent ways of working across the customer lifecycle

  • Improve how pre-sales and post-sales teams operate together to accelerate implementation timelines

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience leading and scaling Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar technical pre-sales teams in a B2B environment

  • A track record of building systems that improve execution driving higher win rates, faster cycles, and more consistent outcomes

  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage in API-driven architectures and challenge technical assumptions with customers and internal teams

  • Demonstrated ability to make tradeoffs, prioritize effectively, and drive execution in high-growth environments

  • Experience applying automation and AI to improve team efficiency and scale impact

  • A hands-on leadership approach, with the ability to coach and develop managers while directly supporting critical deals

  • Experience working with regulated Enterprise customers in an identity, risk or cybersecurity industry is a bonus

What Success Looks Like:

  • A clear, repeatable evaluation engine is in place and consistently used across global teams

  • Evaluation timelines are faster, predictable, and meet defined SLAs

  • Win rates improve through stronger, more consistent technical execution

  • Custom POCs are selectively deployed, with increased reliance on scalable, reusable approaches

  • Team capacity increases meaningfully through automation and improved ways of working

  • New products and capabilities are adopted more effectively in customer engagements

  • Implementation timelines shorten due to better pre-sales alignment and execution

  • The team operates with clear priorities, strong leadership, and consistent standards at scale
