Position Summary
We are seeking a delivery-focused Program Director to lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs from planning through execution and stabilization, as part of the Transformation Office, which drives high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
This role is hands-on and execution-driven. You will be responsible for ensuring initiatives move forward on schedule, risks are proactively managed, stakeholders are aligned, and outcomes are delivered. You will operate as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and GTM teams — driving accountability and momentum.
This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3-days per week in the office).
What You'll Be Doing:
Program Execution & Delivery
Own end-to-end execution of enterprise-level transformation programs.
Break down large initiatives into structured, trackable workstreams with clear owners and deliverables.
Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers.
Drive weekly execution cadences and enforce accountability across stakeholders.
Escalate and resolve blockers quickly to maintain forward momentum.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Align functional teams on priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation.
Ensure clarity of scope and prevent scope creep through disciplined change control.
Facilitate working sessions to resolve operational friction and decision bottlenecks.
Track and manage cross-team dependencies to avoid delivery delays.
Governance & Reporting
Establish structured reporting mechanisms (dashboards, status reports, executive summaries).
Lead program review forums and provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership.
Monitor progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
Maintain visibility into risks, mitigation plans, and issue resolution.
Operational Implementation
Support implementation of new systems, tools, workflows, or operating models.
Partner with business leaders to transition initiatives from project phase to steady-state operations.
Ensure adoption plans are in place and measurable outcomes are achieved.
Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
Results & Accountability
Track tangible business outcomes (efficiency gains, cycle time reductions, cost savings, revenue enablement, risk reduction).
Ensure initiatives are not only launched, but fully embedded and delivering value.
What You'll Bring:
Experience
7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or large-scale cross-functional delivery within SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
Proven experience leading multi-workstream initiatives with measurable business impact.
Strong track record of driving execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
Skills & Competencies
Strong project and program management discipline.
Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
High accountability mindset with bias toward action.
Comfortable managing ambiguity while maintaining structure.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or PgMP certification.
Experience in identity verification, payments, compliance, or regulated industries.
Experience supporting systems implementations (CRM, ERP, data platforms, or operational tooling).
Consulting or operational transformation background.
What Success Looks Like:
Programs delivered on time with minimal surprises.
Clear ownership and accountability across workstreams.
Risks identified early and mitigated effectively.
Measurable operational improvements realized and sustained.
Strong executive confidence in program visibility and execution rigor.
