You will define what "quality" means for an AI-native audit platform, build the evaluation framework that lets us prove it, and establish the automated testing infrastructure that catches regressions before customers do. You will partner with the engineering team to raise the floor, and with the founders to set the bar.You will be the person who can answer: ‘How do we know this agent is better today than it was last week?’ ‘Did the model swap quietly degrade revenue cycle audits?’ ‘What is our defect rate per engagement and is it trending the right way?’ — and the person who builds the systems that make those answers cheap to produce.
