The Bookkeeper position will be a key position within the organization and the finance department, reporting to the Senior Controller and ensuring all aspects of day-to-day finances are running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES
The role's responsibilities include full ownership on all bookkeeping aspects for our US entity:
- Accounts payables management
- Accounts receivables management
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit cards reconciliations
- Employees expense reports
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Oversee external vendor for payroll process
- Reports to authorities (eg. Annual 1099 submissions)
- Support the annual audit process
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Certified bookkeeper (Type 3)
- At least 5 years of experience as an independent bookkeeper in a global company (preferably Tech companies)
- Working in a fast pace growing startup company - strong advantage
- Experience with ERP system (preferably - Netsuite)
- Ability to work independently
- High-level of English, verbal and written - required
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly motivated and committed, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with bookkeeping of US companies
