What you'll do:
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process - driving accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement in partnership with the Director of Finance;
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, ensuring completeness and integrity across all reporting periods;
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining accuracy and operational discipline as the business scales;
- Lead collections end-to-end - serve as the primary point of contact with customers on billing and payment matters, owning resolution from first touch to close;
- Identify and implement improvements to business and financial processes, including customer-facing billing workflows, with a bias toward automation and scalability;
- Support external audit processes - liaise directly with auditors, coordinate documentation, and ensure a clean, efficient audit cycle;
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting, providing actionable insight to support decision-making;
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies to support a growing, compliance-conscious organization.
About you:
- CPA-licensed - mandatory;
- 2–4 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm;
- At least one full-time industry role in a high-tech company following Big 4 experience - mandatory; SaaS background is a significant advantage;
- Deep, working knowledge of US GAAP - mandatory;
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline or automate finance workflows - a significant advantage;
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with Priority ERP is an advantage;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English;
- A roll-up-your-sleeves operator - equally comfortable in the strategic and the granular, and energized by building things that don't exist yet.
