Your Role

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for service delivery within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and manage a professional services team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by establishing robust governance practices and proactively mitigating risks within service engagements.
  • Drive financial success by optimizing bookings, revenue forecasting, and cost management across all service delivery operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales leaders and partners, to facilitate collaboration and support growth initiatives.
  • Lead the escalation process for complex delivery and product issues, ensuring prompt resolution and alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of team performance and service quality, implementing improvements to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Set clear first-year objectives centered on increasing service delivery efficiency, revenue growth, and team capabilities while fostering innovation through feedback loops with product teams.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with expertise in compute, networking, and storage.
  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience in a professional services delivery environment, managing teams of 10 or more.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, reporting, and managing Pro Services business metrics.
  • Proficient in creating, interpreting, and modifying Statements of Work (SOW) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in managing large-scale customer-facing projects and IT transformations, demonstrating strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing environments and modern software development methodologies, including IaaS and PaaS.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance team culture.

Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 131,200 and USD $ 186,000 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
