Your Role
- Learn about key technologies around server virtualisation, networking, Linux and storage
- Learn what it takes to deliver a world-class customer support experience
- Gain Nutanix certification
- Debug and diagnose customer issues encountered in the field
- Be mentored by a team of experienced Support Managers and Systems Reliability Engineers
About You
What You Will Bring
- You are familiar with and comfortable working in a Linux environment
- Have an interest in learning virtualisation, networking, Linux and storage technologies
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment to solve complex technical issues
- Have the curiosity to learn, solve problems, and are interested in a career in IT
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
- The passion and ability to learn new things, while never being satisfied with the status quo.
- Willingness to work in a fast-growing company with huge potential.
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only (inc. New Zealand citizens)

How We Work:
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For our intern program, that will mean coming into the office 3 days per week. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
