We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll support multiple functions, including Customer Support, Collections, and Fraud Prevention. You will interact with customers daily to provide account assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience with our Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) product.
At Fundbox, we view customer service as a powerful growth and retention tool. As part of this team, you’ll gain direct insight into customer needs and provide valuable feedback to help improve our product and customer-centric processes.

Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Quebec French

The ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions
Experience documenting results and ensuring follow-through on customer cases

Ability to learn and research independently to stay informed on industry best practices and evolving fraud tactics
Experience as a fraud analyst or customer support professional
High attention to detail to accurately assess risk and ensure compliance
Experience working on customer-facing teams
MCA Experience is a plus
Fraud Prevention & Risk Management:
Analyze fraudulent activity, assist with identity verification, and support ongoing investigations.Collections & Repayment Solutions:
Engage with customers on delinquent accounts, offering repayment solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.Customer Support:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to address inquiries related to accounts, payments, document reviews, and technical support.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction.
