Position Summary

The Logistics Planner is responsible for the short-term operational planning of Flex Moving & Storage's nationwide operations across all active metro markets. This role owns the planning process from the moment a job is sold until 24 hours prior to execution (T-24), ensuring every move is fully planned, optimized, and execution-ready.

The Logistics Planner coordinates job scheduling, metro-level operational planning, long-distance move planning, trailer and fleet allocation, and network rebalancing. This position serves as the critical link between Sales, Operations, and Dispatch, ensuring resources, workforce, and fleet are aligned to deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing operational efficiency
