Flex is transforming the moving and storage industry by making what's traditionally a stressful experience seamless for our customers. We're looking for a VP of Growth Marketing to own marketing analytics, forecasting, and conversion optimization, turning data into the strategy that guides our paid acquisition investment and unlocking new efficiency and growth beyond our existing channels.

You'll partner closely with our Google and Meta performance marketing leads, giving them the forecasting, attribution, and testing infrastructure to do their best work, while you drive growth hacking, CRO, and incrementality testing across the funnel. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in cohorts and LTV curves, builds the financial models that inform where budget should go, and is always running a test to find the next efficiency gain or growth lever.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing analytics and forecasting: build the financial models, budget scenarios, and demand forecasts by region/MSA that inform how we allocate spend across channels and teams, grounded in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and operational capacity
  • Own our multi-touch attribution framework and measurement infrastructure, ensuring accurate tracking of the customer journey from first click through conversion, retention, and repeat purchase, giving the Google and Meta teams reliable signals to optimize against
  • Lead conversion rate optimization across the funnel with a rigorous, always-on testing program and clear success criteria
  • Own SEO strategy, technical SEO, and local/MSA-level search visibility as a core organic growth channel
  • Build and maintain cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and retention metrics that shift the org's focus from initial conversion to long-term customer value
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and our Google/Meta leads on the marketing technology stack, ensuring clean data integration, signal health, and experimentation tooling that supports the whole team

Qualification

  • 10+ years in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or performance marketing leadership, with at least 5 years managing teams
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics, forecasting, and CRO for multi-location or geographically segmented businesses; experience in moving, home services, or similar local service industries strongly preferred
  • Strong command of cohort analysis, LTV modeling, attribution, and retention metrics — you optimize for long-term value, not just initial conversion
  • Proven track record owning SEO/organic search for a multi-location or geographically segmented business, including technical SEO and local/MSA-level search visibility
  • Financial acumen with experience building forecasts, budget models, and scenario plans that inform executive decision-making
  • Comfortable operating alongside channel specialists (Google, Meta) — complementing their execution with analytics rigor, testing discipline, and new growth ideas rather than owning day-to-day channel management
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
