We are a young and dynamic startup looking for an Office & Operations Manager.

The role includes managing all operational aspects of the company- working closely with Marketing, HR, GTM, and Finance, alongside day-to-day office management and vendor coordination, high focus on the Operational aspects of the company.

This is a role with strong growth potential within the Operations field, offering the opportunity to grow together with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operation processes- managing end-to-end payment processes, including ongoing tracking and maintaining a payments table.
  • Work closely with accounting: collecting invoices, tracking and monitoring, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Monitor expenses and company credit card usage.
  • Optimize credit card usage (benefits, cost management, etc.)
  • Full responsibility for office management: supplies, inventory, ordering, and budget tracking.
  • Ongoing management of office maintenance – kitchen, refreshments, groceries, etc.
  • Ensure a pleasant, organized, and well-functioning work environment.
  • Handle operational issues (internet, equipment, infrastructure) and proactively improve processes.
  • Compare costs and continuously optimize vendors and expenses.
  • Manage vendors end-to-end (selection, engagement, payments, monitoring, and delivery)
  • Work closely with HR on operational aspects of employee experience and wellbeing.
  • (support onboarding processes, happy hours, orders, company events, etc.)
  • Support special projects as needed, such as leading office relocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Laws / Life Sciences / Economics / Business Administration / Law / Psychology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations / Office Management roles.
  • Strong financial and administrative orientation (invoicing, payments, vendor management), with experience managing contracts in both Hebrew and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven at a fast pace.
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, a “can-do” attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to take tasks from A to Z.
