Responsibilities

What you'll own

  • Shape early US GTM: messaging, positioning, and playbooks with founders
  • Full sales cycle from prospect to qualify to value sell to close (pre-sales handles technical demos and POCs)
  • Self-generate 40%+ pipeline through outbound, LinkedIn, events, and territory creativity
  • CISO-level discovery, risk and compliance conversations, net-new logo wins

Requirements

  • 4 to 8+ years quota-carrying cybersecurity AE (cloud, CSPM, CNAPP, or DevSecOps a strong plus)
  • Proven hunter with consistent self-sourced pipeline and multiple $200K+ ACV closes
  • CISO credibility: fluent in business risk, compliance, and impact
  • High energy builder mindset that thrives in ambiguity
  • Remote US with TX, GA, or NC preferred and 20 to 40% travel for customers, RSA, Black Hat, and offsites
