About the Team
The People Services Advisor role is part of the People Services team at Nutanix, which is dedicated to providing exceptional HR support to various countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Morocco, Portugal, Austria, and Israel. This geographically diverse team fosters a culture of open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect, ensuring that all team members feel valued and included regardless of their location.
 
The mission of the People Services team is to streamline HR operations, enhance employee experiences, and ensure compliance with regional laws and practices while supporting the organization’s growth and success.
You will report to the Manager, People Services, who emphasizes an open and honest communication style and promotes a collaborative team environment, fostering good relationships among team members to combat feelings of isolation in a hybrid work setting.
 
This role offers a hybrid work setup, requiring the new hire to come into the office in Paris, France, twice a week to effectively manage paperwork and facilitate in-person collaboration.
There are no regular travel requirements for this role; however, occasional travel may be necessary for global meetings, but this is not expected to be a frequent part of the job responsibilities.
 
Your Role
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure timely completion of documentation for new hires.
  • Oversee offboarding procedures, providing support and necessary documentation for departing employees.
  • Handle inquiries and requests related to leave of absence, including medical checks up management and other leave of absences
  • Provide assistance to tier 1 advisors by resolving more complex employee inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and accurately document employee services.
  • Continues process improvement including process mapping documentation
  • Develop a solid understanding of HR operations and regional country laws within the first six months.
  • Collaborate on global projects and initiatives, contributing to team goals and objectives.
  • Work closely together with the PBP for your region, including work council data preparation and any other needs in region
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills, including HR self-service tools and processes.
 
What You Will Bring
  • Display strong attention to detail ( HR processes and documentation )and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects
  • Understanding of HR operations, particularly onboarding, offboarding, and leave of absence.
  • Fluency in French and good knowledge of French labour laws.
  • Spanish or Italian language skills will be a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a fast multinational environment, customer service or HR self-service center settings.
  • Basic knowledge of regional laws across various countries.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Workday is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to navigate uncertainty.
