WorkJam’s Outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) bridge the gap between sales and marketing, filling the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities while gathering information about a prospective client’s complex landscape. You must enjoy meeting new people and talking with them on the phone and online. BDRs are reliable, tenacious, discerning, and intellectually curious. The outbound BDR role focuses on calling into highly relevant prospective customers, identifying business needs, and clearly communicating a strategy for how the customer can best utilize WorkJam. You will be reaching out to people from C-level executives to individual contributors. Breaking through the noise requires creativity, thoughtfulness, and the ability to adapt to constant change.
