Job Description

FundGuard is an international organization that recently established its US presence in Boston. Given the current and planned growth of our US location, we are hiring an Operations Support Specialist for our Boston location. As the Operations Support Specialist, you will perform a hybrid role which supports the different functions within the organization; while also working with the FundGuard leadership team. You will assist the program management director with the development and implementation of key business processes; and complete ad hoc projects as needed. This role will be a pivotal addition to the team as we build out a U.S. based presence in client delivery and R&D; and increase our U.S. employee footprint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  •  Support North American growth and business activities
  • Assist with office expansion projects
  • Coordination of both internal team and client events and offsites
  • Assist with administrative functions such as travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, liaising with local accountants and payroll support 
  • Coordinate administrative office duties such as supplies and ensure the office operates smoothly 
  • Assist in the coordination of reporting and presentation and/or marketing materials as needed
  • Support program management director and sales on key client-centric materials and deliverables
  • Manage and drive other strategic initiatives

Requirements

·       Minimum of 4 days onsite in office location; our office is in Dedham MA 

·       Prior experience in a similar role

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field

·       Ability to prioritize, and complete, multiple tasks at once 

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Excellent Communication skills

·       Ability to operate autonomously and with a high level of customer service

·       Customer-centric attitude (both for internal and external customers)

·       Working knowledge of tools; including but not limited to, Gmail and Google applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides etc), MSFT Office Tools (Excel, Word, PPT etc), Slack

·       Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
