FundGuard is transforming legacy operating models with a front to back, AI-powered, cloud native and multi-asset class investment accounting platform for asset managers, asset owners, custodian banks and fund administrators.

 We're seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product team in Dedham, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on an innovative fintech product. Help us create a cutting-edge solution that meets our customers' needs and disrupts the investment funds technology space!

As a Product Manager at FundGuard, you will:

  • Define and build a product from early stages, with an opportunity to make an impact on the product and company
  • Work with customers and subject matter experts to understand needs and design product solutions
  • Partner with engineering teams to solve complex product challenges
  • Own major areas of the product; from roadmap planning and requirements definition, through execution, launch and customer feedback collection
  • Drive roadmap execution, work closely with R&D to manage priorities and trade-offs in an agile environment
  • Spearhead strategic product initiatives to expand the FundGuard platform and address evolving customer needs

 

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager for a SaaS B2B data product
  • 3+ years of experience working in the financial markets domain
  • 3+ years of experience working in a fintech
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and drive complex product flows
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while handling ambiguity and working independently
  • Ability to work in-office in Dedham, MA 3 days per week per our hybrid model
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field
  •  Experience with investment management, fund accounting or fund administration technologies
  • Previous technical role (e.g., software developer, QA engineer, business analyst)
