Position Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Director, Revenue Operations is responsible for organizing Trulioo’s revenue generation process to accelerate our team's ability to generate revenue. They will be responsible for empowering our revenue team with the tools, data, skills, and processes they need to be successful. Working closely with the broader revenue leadership team and stakeholders from across the business, you will be responsible for business process transformation, systems design, commissions management, territory planning, quota setting, etc. for our revenue-generating teams. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accelerating our performance and revenue growth by enabling the end-to-end process for sales and CS teams to work more efficiently
  • Owning the Revenue Tools strategy to support the revenue team with products that contribute to productivity, including Salesforce.com, Highspot, etc., and ensuring the field has clear knowledge of tool best practices
  • Supporting a redesign of our CPQ solution
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing Trulioo’s Revenue Operations team
  • Making recommendations on how to optimize our revenue performance while reducing our CAC through analyzing our data and best practices
  • Managing a Revenue Operations roadmap to support quarterly objectives and the company's annual strategic plan
  • Provide forecasting and proactively make recommendations to amplify the success of the team  
  • Territory Planning and quota setting. Reviewing compensation plans to ensure they align with the team goals based on position type
  • Using tools such as Confluence to build out a documentation hub for self-serve knowledge access

You have:

  • Substantial experience with Salesforce and other Sales and Business Intelligence tools
  • Successfully designed and implemented a CPQ solution
  • Proven ability of driving and developing a successful Revenue Operations team and creating strong cross-functional relationships and workflows
  • Experience in usage-based revenue models
  • Curious and passionate about building data-driven organizations
  • An analytical thinker and creative problem solver
  • A strong eye for detail
  • 8+ years experience as a Revenue Operations leader, preferably in high-growth technology companies with a usage-based revenue model

We take a market-based and data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, location, and scope. 

Please view the base salary range for this role below. The range listed is our expected compensation for the role. However, the pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Annual Salary
$180,000—$210,000 CAD
