Job Summary: Ferrum Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving greenfield enterprise deals and expanding our customer base within your designated region. You will work closely with key clinical stakeholders, executive healthcare provider in both health systems and radiology practices to demonstrate the value of our AI platform and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within your region; pursue and close leads provided by the SDRs.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with c-suite, executive and key stakeholders
- Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Ferrum Health’s AI platform through presentations, demos, and meetings.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, trending third-party AI applications and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of our solutions. Also work closely with sales and technical teams at Ferrum supported third-party AI vendors.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Qualifications:

- Experience: 7+ years of enterprise healthcare IT sales experience; enterprise imaging experience is a plus
- Clinical Interaction: 5+ years of experience interacting with physicians or other clinical stakeholders; existing rolodex of clinical stakeholders is a plus
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of PACS/RIS and imaging-based clinical workflows.
- Problem-Solving: Proven experience managing unique personalities and political landscapes to overcome sales objections; Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Self Driven: Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex sales opportunities at once
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within the region, attend regional + national conferences

Salary Range:
- Base Salary $125,000 – $165,000; uncapped commission structure
