We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the overall efficiency of our organization. If you are a highly organized, proactive, and energetic professional with a service mentality, we would love to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

    • Calendar Management: Handle scheduling and daily calendar management for 2-3 executives.
    • Event Planning & Coordination: Organize quarterly leadership offsites and annual company-wide events.
    • Office Management: Serve as the main contact for building management and coordinate lease matters.
    • Operations: Run weekly all-hands meeting, Logistical point of contact for new employees, Social events, Swag/merch.
    • CEO Support: Board meeting planning, support and logistics.
    • Mail Management: Manage digital mail services.
    • IT Coordination: Oversee outsourced IT firm interactions.

Qualifications

    • Based in New York City.
    • 2 years prior experience as an EA or PA, preferably in finance or supporting HNWIs.
    • Highly responsive and generally available, especially during business hours when last-minute changes or rescheduling occurs.
    • Skilled in planning high-end events and selecting luxury venues.
    • High energy and a positive attitude.
    • Strong service-oriented mindset.

The salary range for this job opportunity is $80,000 to $120,000 per year, which is the amount Angle Health anticipates paying for this position at the time of this job posting. The actual base salary offered may differ and will depend on various factors such as geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as internal equity.
