The Sr. Analyst of Sales Operations plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and efficiency of our Revenue Operations. In this position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to Sales Operations, encompassing data maintenance, management, insights, standardization, operational execution, and sales technology oversight. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate closely with the sales field representatives to optimize our sales processes.

How You Will Add Value:

  • Utilize sales data to create, update, map, and delete records (opportunities, accounts, contacts, reports, dashboards, etc.) using various data sources for cross-referencing.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the creation of quotes and pricing through Salesforce CPQ in collaboration with VP of RevOps and the sales team.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support sales planning and quota setting.
  • Track and analyze sales data, including pipeline growth/coverage, outreach success, win/loss rates.
  • Provide on-demand and regular end-to-end sales process reporting.
  • Identify trends using data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engagement (CS), and Marketing teams to streamline and optimize sales and renewal processes.
  • Assist in Revenue Operations projects related to data and process preparation.
  • Drive efficiencies and improvements in data capture and reporting methods.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to develop and update sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of prior experience in Finance or Sales Operations.
  • Strong passion for operational excellence and proficiency in handling data.
  • Self-starter with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Enthusiastic about providing world-class customer service within a dynamic, start-up environment.
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, and Salesforce.com.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and tracking sales operations initiatives.
  • High-level understanding of financial metrics and strategy.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and possess a can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrates exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
