We're looking for a Sales Director that will hire and lead our sales team. This is a tremendous opportunity to grow into a sales executive role at a fast growing startup.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
5+ years of SaaS sales (ideally in construction industry)
2+ years of management experience hiring and leading teams
Experience setting up the sales process and infrastructure (Salesforce, lists, cadences, lead scoring, etc.)
Track record in hiring and developing Sales Development representatives
Proven experience prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling
Ability to rapidly develop and test multiple GTM strategies to ultimately identify and pursue the best performing ones
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire sales teams
