The global Wunder Mobility team, which encompasses more than 25 nationalities, consists of veterans from the technology and mobility industry 50% of whom work in product and engineering.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE

WHAT YOU WILL DO
To give you an overview about main tasks you could have:As People & Culture Manager:
- Work closely with people leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Closely work with P&C Project Manager to ensure flawless execution of projects, onboarding, training, development and administration
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Manage and drive full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer
- Partner with hiring managers and within the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute on recruiting strategies for a variety of roles to fulfil company staffing plans
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism; ability to sell Wunder and our vision to candidates
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Experience in Recruiting, People Operations, Office Management
- Good knowledge of ATS or HRS Tools (we work with personio)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Proficiency in english and german (written and verbally)
