As a Product Manager in our Platform Merchant Experience group, you will join a strong team in charge of the strategy and implementation of common user experiences and infrastructure, which are shared by all our commercial product lines.

You’ll take a lead role in shaping the capabilities that are shared between the different Yotpo product lines. You’ll face a unique product challenge of mapping and understanding multiple product lines (different needs, different user flows, etc.), while processing them and crafting them into a single, shared optimal solution. You’ll own, define and build customer facing capabilities that are cross-product, making an impact on all of Yotpo’s product lines.

Our ideal candidate for the Platform Merchant Experience Product Manager position is a true leader, who is able to define what success looks like, get all stakeholders excited and aligned, and ship products that answer our customers’ needs. We are looking for someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and opportunity, while still paying attention to the important small details that create a delightful customer experience. A candidate who is passionate about technology, good UX, innovation, and eCommerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the market, competition, customers, and the business
  • Lead new product concepts through launch and iteration
  • Partner with customers, designers, engineers, analysts and customer facing teams to create intuitive, delightful experiences.
  • Map the customer journey to identify cross-product needs and opportunities, through customer interviews and product research
  • Create and manage KPIs, roadmaps, project plans, and product specifications
  • Own a product domain roadmap and contribute to the cross-product platform strategy

Requirements:

  • At least two years of hands-on product management experience in a SAAS company 
  • BA/BS in computer science or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong UX/UI abilities with proven experience in shipping UX-oriented products 
  • Highly analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving 
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Experience in driving complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience working in B2B2C / eCommerce marketing – an advantage
