As a solution architect in this group, you will work on various projects in different business domains. You will play a key part in ensuring that results are designed according to the relevant needs and requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Become the technical expert on all SAM’s products and solutions.
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, as high/low-level design, including time and scope, architecture, and relevant technologies.
• Act as the point of escalation for technical issues, workcross functional with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure resolution in timely manner.
• Analyze cutting edge technologies and develop steps and processes to demonstrate to non-technical audience.
• Understand the solution requirements and create customized presentations and technical demonstration.
• Manage the hand-on deployment of Proof-of-Concept activities.
• Establish and manage complete demo lab with our greatest and latest features and enhancement.
• Liaise with the R&D to learn and share the technical information.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Solution Architect, Solution Engineer in B2B or B2B2C segments,
• Hands-on capabilities with Linux/Unix and Bash scripting,
• Programming experience in Python and C,
• You have experience in cloud-based and on-premises services,
• Ability to self-start and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions subject to customer constraints.
• Experience producing technical design documents
• Excellent verbal & written English
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed

Would be great if you are:

• Experienced in-depth of Cyber Security and Networking understanding
• Familiarity with the following tools: Git & Jenkins
