The Opportunity

Nutanix is looking for a Business Analyst who wants to make their mark on how Nutanix takes products to market via NPI (New Product Introduction) process. This position will help drive NPI initiatives working across the organization. This individual should comprehend complex Product requirements, come up with End to end system design, work with Engineering and QA teams to get those developed, tested and launched.

Your Role

  • As the NPI Business Analyst, key stakeholders will be Product Management, NPI Ops and other business functions (Support, Accounting, FP&A, Licensing etc) who are critical for product launches.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify requirements and lead design discussion, generate actionable user stories for engineering team
  • Build strong and productive working relationships with stakeholders, business partners and across various SaaS Engineering teams
  • Identify improvement opportunities in NPI End to end process, and come up with plans to implement those
  • Assess existing products that used for NPI launches and processes against industry best practices and provide recommendations customized for Nutanix environment
  • Be hungry and look for ways to optimize product, process, technology
  • Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures.

What You Will Bring

  • Excellent analysis skills and a proven track record for NPIs
  • The ability to understand complex systems, applications landscape and requirement synthesis
  • Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with key stake holders and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of Quote to Cash systems
  • Working knowledge of any configurator application this can be in-house of packaged

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
