About Anchor Browser

Anchor Browser builds browser infrastructure for AI agents.

We provide a real, stateful browser environment designed exclusively for autonomous agents to navigate websites, execute workflows, and interact with the web where APIs don’t exist.

Anchor sits underneath agentic systems as an execution layer: handling browser state, identity, reliability, isolation, and observability at scale. Humans may configure or observe, but the product itself is built for machines.

This is a deeply technical platform problem, not a UI or end-user product.

We’re an early-stage company backed by top-tier investors, with a founding team that is deeply hands-on in product and engineering.

The Role

This is our first Product Manager.

You will work directly with the Co-Founder & CPO, owning core product discovery and execution. There is no existing PM layer, no polished roadmap handed to you, and no buffer between vision and delivery.

Your job is to turn ambiguity into a shipped product.

If you need structure, guardrails, or a narrow scope, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Product Discovery

  • Identify and frame the most important problems across AI builders and early customers
  • Run user interviews, validation, and hands-on discovery
  • Turn fuzzy signals into clear product decisions

Product Definition

  • Write clear PRDs, system specs, and user flows
  • Design interaction models for agent-driven execution models
  • Work directly with engineering and design to remove ambiguity

Execution

  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from idea to production
  • Drive prioritization, scope, and trade-offs with engineering
  • Balance speed, quality, and long-term platform decisions

Users & Feedback

  • Work directly with customers, building agentic systems
  • Debug real agent failures and edge cases with users
  • Use production usage and failure modes to iterate on the platform
  • Represent customer needs inside product and engineering

Decision-Making Under Uncertainty

  • Make calls with incomplete data
  • Run fast experiments and adjust quickly
  • Act as a daily thought partner to the CPO

Who This Is For

  • 4+ years of product management experience in a technical environment
  • Background in B2B SaaS, platforms, infrastructure, or AI-driven products
  • Strong systems thinking - you can reason about workflows, not just features
  • Comfortable in early-stage chaos with high ownership
  • Hands-on executor who ships
  • Technically fluent and credible with engineers
  • Curious about agentic systems and new interaction models
