What your role will be 
 
As Sales Development Representative (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to become a key contributor to our remarkable growth story and foster your career in tech sales. You will be at the forefront of our sales activities by creating, attracting, and qualifying demand for Wunder Mobility’s full-stack mobility platform, leveraging outbound sales to connect the most important stakeholders.
 
This is a very entrepreneurial role in which you are asked to actively identify and act on market opportunities as part of our sales team and in close collaboration with our marketing team.

What you will do

    • Develop new business leads, establish lists of target companies and engage with them successfully
    • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities, and prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects
    • Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process, as well as developing and implementing appropriate prospect communication plans
    • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social using sales enablement technology to connect with new prospects
    • Work internally with co-workers to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
    • Constantly monitor and analyze (y)our sales efforts and proactively improve (y)our targeting, content, communications and processes
    • Accurately keep track of all opportunities in our CRM tool

What you bring to the table

    • Experience in an outbound or customer-facing SaaS sales role, such as a Sales, Account Management, and/or Marketing position
    • Comfort in maintaining a high level of outbound activity, including contacting cold leads
    • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
    • High levels of sales persistence, resilience, and work ethic
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)

What gives you bonus points

    • Prior experience at Internet, SaaS, AdTech startups, or in the mobility space
    • Experience with CRM and BI tools
    • Experience with market research
