Job Description

The Partner Marketing Manager, India will play a key role in building and scaling the Nutanix business through our partner community in India.  As a member of the India Marketing team, the ideal candidate will support the head of marketing to build and execute annual marketing plans with our top OEM and top strategic partners. The candidate will work closely with the channel sales team in India and the global partner marketing team to develop integrated plans for partner enablement, demand gen and sales acceleration initiatives.



  • Coordinate APJ/Global-to-region partner marketing and sales initiatives
  • Work with OEM and Channel sales teams to identify quarterly priorities and programs
  • Own key partner marketing programs for strategic partnerships, including multi-city joint event series, Nutanix partner seminars, webinars and social media campaigns,
  • Continually identify new opportunities to improve scale, impact, and efficiency
  • Coordinate the localization and distribution of marketing materials for our partners.
  • Maintain the Partner Portal India, execute digital campaign with partners
  • Support key Channel-led End-user demand gen activities and manage MDF

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 8+ yrs. experience in marketing with emphasis in partner marketing
  • Experience in working with OEM
  • Experience developing integrated marketing programs incorporating appropriate elements across enablement, demand generation and sales acceleration
  • Proven ability to roll out programs successfully for India
  • Creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with
  • Experience in software, virtualization, server/storage technology marketing
  • Start-up experience a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or marketing disciplines preferred
